Refund & Cancellation Policy

Two things are payable through this site. Voluntary support payments("buy me a coffee"), which buy nothing and are a thank-you for something I have written or built. And consulting or project work, which is agreed in writing before any payment is taken.

Everything else on this site — the writing, the tools, the demos — is free and always will be.

These are one-off and nothing is delivered in return, so there is nothing to cancel. If you paid by mistake, or meant to send a different amount, email me within 7 days and I will refund it in full. I will not ask why.

You can cancel any engagement at any time, in writing. Work already completed at the point of cancellation is chargeable; work not yet started is not.

Where an advance has been paid, the unused portion is refunded in full. If I cancel, or cannot deliver what we agreed, you get a full refund regardless of how much work has been done.

I respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method.

Your bank or card issuer then takes a further 5 to 7 business days to post it, which is outside my control.

Email hi@gauravkrp.com from the address you paid with, with the payment reference. That is the fastest route.
