I own the frontend for the payroll, treasury, and compliance platform, and keep type-safe contracts between the TypeScript app and the Kotlin services. We took it from zero to $2M ARR and more than 500 companies. Impact:
  • Built and own the frontend for Thera's payroll, treasury and compliance platform from the first commit, with type-safe contracts against the Kotlin services so a schema change cannot silently break the UI.
  • Reworked the DynamoDB access patterns behind the platform with global secondary indexes, cutting API latency and lifting throughput by more than 60%.
  • Cut AWS and Rutter (QuickBooks sync) spend by 50% by reshaping how the platform queries and syncs accounting data.
  • Integrated the financial partners the product runs on: Monite and Mercoa for AP/AR, Treasury Prime for banking, Cash App and Bridge (Stripe) for wallets, and Check for US W-2 payroll.
  • Shipped Contractor Pro, the contractor compliance line, covering onboarding, classification and payout workflows.
